DMflux customers create tracking links that appear on WhatsApp TV channels, statuses, and groups. Because a tracking link is a promise to the person who taps it, we hold every campaign to the standards below. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
Prohibited destinations and content
You may not create tracking links that point to, promote, or facilitate:
—Phishing — pages that impersonate a bank, company, government agency, or person to harvest credentials, PINs, OTPs, or payment details
—Scams — fake giveaways, investment fraud, fake job offers, advance-fee fraud, or any “pay to receive” scheme
—Impersonation — pretending to be another person, brand, or organization without authorization
—Illegal products or services — anything unlawful under Nigerian law, including fraud, drugs, weapons, and counterfeit goods
—Sexual content involving minors, or any content harmful to minors
—Malware — links that download, install, or redirect to malicious software
—Spam — unsolicited bulk messaging, or campaigns designed to evade WhatsApp’s terms of service
—Deceptive analytics — artificially inflating clicks (bots, click farms, paid tap exchanges) to mislead an advertiser about campaign performance
Enforcement
When we learn of a violation — through a report, an advertiser complaint, or our own monitoring — we act in escalating steps:
—Disable the offending tracking link: visitors immediately receive a “campaign has ended” page instead of the destination
—Suspend the account, with notice by email
—Terminate the account for serious or repeated violations, without refund of subscription fees already paid
—Where the conduct may be criminal (for example, phishing), we will cooperate with law enforcement and may preserve relevant records as required by law
Reporting abuse
If a DMflux tracking link has been used against you or appears to violate this policy, email dmflux.labs@gmail.com with the link in question. We aim to review credible abuse reports promptly and may temporarily disable a tracking link while a report is investigated.
Public campaign reports
Campaign receipts published via DMflux (dmflux.app/reports/…) show aggregated click statistics for a campaign. They contain no personal data about individual clickers. A campaign owner who uses the service in breach of this policy forfeits the right to publish or share these receipts.
